Likes: my new bike (still) Triathletes too - they're really friendly (even when they've just beaten you by miles)

Dislikes: agree with Simon, I'm not all that fond of running (why can't triathlons finish after the bike?) Also "work" - it gets in the way of fun

Aspirations: to better my PB at Olympic distance and (possibly) do a 1/2 ironman..
